  • SaiCares is a free and confidential helpline service. SaiCares is dedicated to providing public community information and refer callers to relevant resources. Volunteers that are connected to SaiCares cases are expected to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the integrity of its core principles. When assisting with a case, please ensure that physical and electronic safety measures are taken to protect yourself, the caller, and the team. This can include everything from password enabling your computer, sharing personal identifiable information using secure means while communicating, and checking your personal car insurance before helping a caller with transportation. SaiCares is not liable for any damages in connection with services provided by the resources. Volunteers waive their right to hold SaiCares to any losses. By signing up to be a volunteer, you are providing any service as an individual separate from SaiCares and not as an agent of SaiCares.
